Requirements

• Located in the East Coast, preferably Florida, or willing to relocate.
• Experience in construction defect analysis and claims.
• Field experience on construction projects is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Excel and statistical analysis programs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
