In Short

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and planning needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that drive customer profitability.
• Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Guide customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of our product, ensuring they fully leverage its capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.

Requirements

• A relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain management, production, or computer science is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry in a relevant role, with production scheduling experience being a plus.
• A curious, analytical mindset, with a passion for new challenges and continuous learning.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
