Lead Solution Analyst - Remote

Overview

This analyst will work across Curated Health Model, Customer Experience, and Clinician Experience solution portfolios to inventory, assess, rationalize, design, and optimize Living Health solutions, ensuring viability through business model design, process definition, and operational planning, while considering economic factors.

• Collaborate with Solution Owners and stakeholders to assess solutions.

• Develop technical content including requirements and user stories.
• Create recommendations and supporting documentation.
• Lead and mentor teams while managing projects.

• Identify root causes and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 7 years in a Business Analyst or related operational role.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling concepts.
• Understanding of Health Care specific domains.
• Ability to provide constructive performance feedback.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Tools and Methodologies.
• Preferred: System integration and interoperability experience.
• Preferred: Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Preferred: Experience with various development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
