Overview

As a Sales Consultant at RELEX, you will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close new deals and maximize business value for both new and existing customers in the retail sector.

  • Demonstrate RELEX software strengths to prospective customers.
  • Consult on best practices for supply chain processes.
  • Support newly signed customers during their transition.
  • Provide retail process consultancy and insight into industry best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations.
  • Manage quality of formal responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented viewpoint with interest in retail improvement.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation style.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or consultancy focused on supply chain.
  • Understanding of inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of retail business processes.
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally.
  • Experience with RELEX or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other retail processes is advantageous.
