Overview

Join Auxiant as an Account Manager, where you will consult with clients on self-funded health plans and ensure excellent service delivery.

In Short

• Consult with clients on self-funded health plan issues.
• Communicate with external customers and internal team members.
• Respond to client requests timely and effectively.
• Work with sales consultants on client transitions.
• Maintain positive client relations for business retention.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through regular communications.
• Educate clients about Auxiant’s services.
• Ensure compliance of internal and external documents.
• Interact with customers in social settings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of health plans, HIPAA, DOL regulations, and claims processing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong customer relations experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years related experience required.
• Insurance license to be obtained.
