Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive on our Employee Benefits team, you’ll lead business development efforts with Employee Benefits leaders for the Eastern half of the country, engaging employers, brokers, and consultants in PHM’s unique offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a track record of success.
  • Account knowledge and industry relationships in the employer market.
  • Passion for full cycle sales.
  • Self-starter with collaborative skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in employee benefits sales.
  • Prior experience selling point solutions is desired.
