Overview

As a Claims Examiner at Swift, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex commercial claims on behalf of the company and its drivers, playing a crucial role in ensuring fair and timely settlements.

• Investigate and resolve first and third party complex commercial claims.

Requirements

• 8+ years' complex claims experience required.
• 2+ years' claims experience in the transportation industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Maintain state licensing where required.
• Completion of claims certification schools preferred.
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• Excellent investigative and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and manage multiple demands.
• Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 on a rotating basis.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
