In Short

• Manage litigated files and attend trials, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Investigate and gather necessary information related to claims.
• Evaluate liability and damages.
• Negotiate and settle claims.
• Manage litigation cases related to auto claims disputes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Maintain electronic files and report to the Claims Manager.
• Analyze defense counsel's performance.
• Work in a tech-driven claims organization.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of claim handling experience, with 5+ years in litigation.
• Strong medical knowledge and understanding of transportation coverages.
• Ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Active adjuster license(s) and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Curiosity and motivation for problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs.
