Proposal Writing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Writing Analyst will develop Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP) for SmithRx, managing and responding to templated and portal-based proposals while illustrating the SmithRx value proposition to potential clients.

In Short

• Manage the RFI and RFP process for templated and portal bids.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with approved responses.
• Collaborate with SMEs to track down responses to RFP questions.
• Review and edit proposal drafts for consistency.
• Ensure consultant updates are captured quickly.
• Utilize Google WorkSpace to manage opportunity files.
• Track and manage opportunity status in Salesforce.
• Cross-train and contribute to other areas during the RFP off-season.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in PBM, software, or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Experience with RFP platform tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Clear and concise writing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google WorkSpace.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to collaborate positively in a fast-paced environment.
