Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction.
• Experience in software licensing preferred.
• Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify key risk and policy issues.
• Basic understanding of U.S. software intellectual property law.
