Overview

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team and play a crucial role in navigating complex legal issues surrounding our SaaS offerings and technology transactions.

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements and software licenses.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on IP protection and enforcement.
• Support the development and commercialization of technology and IP assets.
• Stay updated on evolving data privacy laws and regulations.
• Provide legal support on matters related to SaaS offerings and technology transactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal issues.
• Manage IP portfolio and conduct due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing data privacy policies.
• Advise on technology-related regulatory and compliance issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on SaaS and technology transactions.
• Strong understanding of software licensing and data privacy laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
