In Short

• Analyze, draft, and negotiate SaaS subscription and other commercial agreements.
• Support the needs of our European and global sales teams.
• Advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues.
• Support business teams in structuring transactions.
• Proactively manage vendor relationships and software renewals.
• Work closely with Lucid’s legal compliance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve policies and processes.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized European university.
• 7+ years of legal experience in a software company or law firm.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise B2B SaaS agreements.
• Familiarity with global data privacy laws.
• Experience reviewing information security programs.
• Ability to create and scale legal processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
