Overview

We are looking for an IT Tech | Legal Counsel for a renowned technology company that develops innovative IT solutions.

In Short

• Review and legal assessment of IT contracts, especially in the area of Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Development, design, review, and negotiation of corporate contracts.
• Investigation of legal issues, particularly in IT contract and licensing law.
• Independent research on professional questions and clear presentation for colleagues without a legal background.
• Advising project managers, account managers, and management on legal matters.
• Correspondence and negotiations with clients and other business partners.

Requirements

• Lawyer with admission in Switzerland.
• Completed law degree.
• Solid experience in IT contract law and licensing law, especially in the procurement of services and works in the IT environment.
• Pragmatic, efficient working style and the ability to independently familiarize oneself with new legal areas and topics.
• Very good German skills and fluent English in spoken and written form.
