• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Manage and update contract templates.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
