In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including commercial contracts.
• Draft and update templates for industry-specific agreements.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with clinical trials and data privacy.
• Assist in corporate governance matters.
• Provide support on employment-related matters.
• Maintain understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in handling legal disputes with external counsel.
• Provide legal support to various stakeholders within the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ experience in a law firm.
• Experience in drafting commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
