Overview

Synapticure is seeking an experienced and highly capable Legal Counsel to serve as the company’s in-house attorney, focusing on healthcare compliance, legal risk management, and regulatory alignment in a fast-growing organization.

In Short

• Design and implement a scalable healthcare compliance program.
• Provide guidance on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
• Advise on MSO/PC structures and payer contracting compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
• Oversee internal investigations and audits.
• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders on legal matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel.
• Educate internal teams on healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 5–10+ years of legal experience in healthcare or health technology.
• Expertise in healthcare regulatory areas.
• Experience in designing and managing compliance programs.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven record of cross-functional collaboration.
