• Detail-oriented and proactive role focusing on licensing and credentialing.
• Manage payor enrollment, state licensure, and credentialing processes.
• Ensure timely and compliant enrollment of clinicians across states and payors.
• Serve as a key contact between providers, payors, and licensing boards.
• Collaborate with HR, compliance, and clinical operations.
• Track and manage application processes for medical licenses.
• Maintain accurate records in internal databases.
• Communicate requirements and deadlines clearly to providers.
• Audit records for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Work in a remote-first company culture focused on patient care.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing or payor enrollment.
• Familiarity with credentialing tools like CAQH and PECOS.
• Knowledge of credentialing standards and healthcare compliance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
