Overview

InStride Health is looking for a Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to support the licensing and credentialing process for clinical providers, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

• Manage licensing applications for healthcare professionals.
• Research state and federal regulations for mental health services.
• Coordinate credentialing processes for licensed providers.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of provider credentials.
• Conduct audits of licensing and credentialing records.

• Provide guidance on licensing and credentialing matters.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Support payor enrollment activities.
• Proactively manage diverse projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with clinician licensing and payer enrollment.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to mental health.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent task management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across diverse teams.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
