Director of Revenue Cycle - Remote

Overview

InStride Health is on a mission to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care for children and families. We are seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to optimize financial operations and build a best-in-class revenue cycle infrastructure.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive RCM strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Manage denial management programs.
• Implement scalable workflows and technology solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Evaluate revenue cycle technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with payor relationships for smooth implementation.
• Lead and mentor the RCM team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration.
• Expertise in medical billing and coding.
• Experience with alternative payment arrangements.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Confidential information handling skills.
