Gather Health is a new healthcare organization focused on improving lives through socially supported primary care for older adults. The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficient billing and collections while optimizing patient experience.

• Lead revenue cycle operations including billing, coding, and collections.

Requirements

• 4+ years of revenue cycle experience, preferably in leadership.
• Experience with Athena EHR and billing systems.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Broad understanding of revenue cycle management.
• Experience managing a revenue cycle team.
• Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement dynamics.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
