Overview

The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee both front-end and back-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficient billing and collections while collaborating with various stakeholders to build the revenue cycle infrastructure for future growth.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Experience with Athena EHR.
• MUST HAVE: Expertise in value-based care models, preferably in a primary care setting.
• MUST HAVE: Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Strong command of healthcare reimbursement structures.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• Minimum of four years of revenue cycle experience in a leadership role.
• Broad understanding of revenue cycle management.
• Experience managing a team of revenue cycle professionals.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicare Advantage regulations.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding systems, and medical terminology.
