Overview

The Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) plays a critical role in managing and optimizing front-end revenue cycle processes at Panorama Eyecare.

In Short

  • Oversee front-end RCM operations including eligibility verification and medical billing.
  • Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize workflows.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Manage multiple priorities in RCM operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large teams in healthcare RCM.
  • Strong background in process mapping and SOP development.
  • Ability to balance daily operations with strategic goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of payer policies and healthcare compliance.
  • Ability to analyze and report on revenue cycle metrics.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in medical practice management.
  • Proficient in NextGen.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
