Director, Revenue Cycle Management - Remote

Overview

The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will report to the Senior Vice President, Partner Success. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including coding and billing. Imagine is pioneering a risk-based model of healthcare that provides virtual and in-home care to children with special healthcare needs.

• Lead revenue cycle operations for a pediatric healthcare organization.
• Ensure compliance with coding and billing practices.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize billing platforms.
• Provide leadership to a growing team of coders and billers.
• Partner with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Engage with external consultants for Medicaid coding procedures.
• Work cross-functionally to educate on value-based care principles.
• Evaluate regulations for new market entries.
• Drive innovation in revenue cycle management processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations.
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• Experience in value-based care and/or Medicaid preferred.
• Strong background in coding and billing processes.
• Experience with EHR or RCM vendors preferred.
• Certified medical coding background required.
• Prior experience with tele-health preferred.
