The Manager of Behavioral Health at Imagine Pediatrics will oversee a team of supervisors managing behavioral health therapists and care managers. This role is crucial in providing support to children with special health care needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related area.
• Licensed to practice in Texas and/or Florida.
• 5 years of experience in behavioral health.
• 3 years in management/supervision of mental health providers.
• Experience with children and adolescents.
• Telehealth experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Certification in evidence-based modalities preferred.
• Experience with high-risk behavioral health populations.
