Overview

CardioOne is hiring an Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join their ever-growing team, responsible for supporting revenue cycle operations at cardiology practices to achieve maximum efficiency and performance.

In Short

  • Manage RCM strategic planning and execution of policies.
  • Oversee productivity and quality of RCM vendor partners.
  • Ensure compliance with payer contracts and coding standards.
  • Monitor and maintain RCM KPIs.
  • Improve patient experience and financial performance.
  • Report directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Work remotely from preferred locations.
  • Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in RCM/process management.
  • Excellent supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare workflows.
  • Understanding of various insurance carriers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Financial reporting experience required.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
