Overview

CardioOne is hiring an Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management - Patient Access and Accounts (Collections) to support and lead revenue cycle operations at cardiology practices, aiming to improve efficiency and patient experience.

In Short

• Oversee revenue management for front end teams.
• Collaborate with practice partners to review KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with payer contracts and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain RCM KPIs.
• Provide training and education on workflows.
• Support internal controls and audits.
• Enhance patient experience and financial performance.
• Work closely with the VP of Revenue Cycle Management Operations.
• Lead the reduction of inefficiencies in the revenue cycle.
• Work remotely from preferred states.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in RCM or process management.
• Excellent supervisory and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of Athena Health EMR preferred.
• Understanding of medical billing and healthcare processes.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of financial reporting.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
