CardioOne is hiring a Virtual Care Manager to provide critical remote support to patients, helping them manage their healthcare between office visits.

In Short

• Provide remote care management support for virtual care services.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Current RN state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in cardiology.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Patient assessment skills for effective remote care management.
• Ability to build relationships with patients.
