Overview

The Psychiatry Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a part-time (0.25 FTE) role focused on strengthening InStride’s psychiatric expertise across care delivery, training, content development, and external engagement.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of child psychiatry fellowship.
• Board certified in Adult and Child Psychiatry.
• Experience in psychopharmacology for children and adolescents.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with technology and AI integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
