GRC Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

As a GRC Subject Matter Expert at Vanta, you will play a key role in representing Vanta’s Trust Management Platform to customers and prospects, leveraging your expertise in security and compliance.

In Short

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent Vanta’s platform.
• Engage with executives at customer organizations.
• Become an expert on Vanta’s security features.
• Advise customers on compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Identify requirements for additional customer use cases.
• Provide feedback on security and GRC product features.
• Answer questions about Vanta’s security practices.
• Support internal stakeholders on security and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with security frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Expertise in SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience interfacing with C-level contacts.
• Technical knowledge of security concepts.
• Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure and Risk Management.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity audit processes.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS security compliance preferred.
• Security certifications like CISA, CISSP preferred.
