Director, GRC (Subject Matter Expert) - Remote

Overview

As a Director of GRC Subject Matter Expert at Vanta, you will be a highly visible, customer-facing leader responsible for representing Vanta’s Trust Management Platform to prospects and customers, while collaborating with internal teams to drive and implement new features in the product.

• Oversee the work of two primary teams: customer-facing and internal GRC Subject Matter Expert teams.
• Lead and grow a team of security professionals with a human-centric and trust-based view of security.
• Define strategy for future offerings to Vanta customers.
• Provide expert feedback to Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Engage with executives at prospect and customer organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the GRC industry.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Experience with security and privacy frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Technical expertise in security and GRC concepts.
• Experience managing large teams and interfacing with C-level contacts.
