ATR Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

The Subject Matter Expert has extensive knowledge and specialization of Record to Report process(es) and provides organizational support for daily operations, including training and guidance under limited supervision.

In Short

• Provide support in R2R operations, including transaction review and approval.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Resolve issues and document action plans.
• Contribute to the management and development of the R2R Tower.
• Perform internal controls review and documentation.
• Act as point of contact for audit requirements.
• Update SOPs based on process changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful project management.
• Utilize effective communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in Record to Report.
• Experience with General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, and Month-end closing.
• Knowledge of SAP System.
• Experience in Shared Services Center/BPO.
• Proven crisis management and process improvement skills.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Experience in process migration is a plus.
