Overview

The Credentialing Department is essential in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of professional credentials for individuals within Rivia Mind. This role focuses on accumulating, evaluating, verifying, and maintaining the qualifications and licenses required for clinicians.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal service level agreements (SLAs).
• Follow up on credentialing applications and provider correspondence.
• Maintain accurate data in the credentialing database.
• Assist in maintaining practitioner profiles and credentialing files.
• Promote a collaborative work culture.
• Participate in companywide and departmental meetings.
• Support special initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of Credentialing experience in Mental/Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare.
• Proficiency with Symplr Credentialing Database preferred.
• Experience with CAQH and NPPES enrollment.
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with credentialing for various payers.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with online payers.
