Overview

The Credentialing Department is essential for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of professional credentials for individuals within Rivia Mind. This role involves evaluating, verifying, and maintaining the qualifications required for clinicians.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with payer requirements for new provider applications.
• Follow up on credentialing applications and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate data in the credentialing database.
• Contribute to the upkeep of credentialing files for clinical roles.
• Assist in maintaining practitioner profiles and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in companywide and departmental meetings.
• Promote a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of credentialing experience in Mental/Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare.
• Proficiency with Symplr Credentialing Database preferred.
• Experience with Medicare and online payers.
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
