We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing & Credentialing Coordinator to support our Physical Therapists through all stages of the licensing and credentialing lifecycle.

In Short

  • Create and maintain records of licensing and credentialing documentation for Physical Therapists.
  • Partner with PTs to support the acquisition of new state licenses.
  • Coordinate credentialing efforts with various health plans.
  • Monitor license and credential expiration dates.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for PTs regarding licensing and credentialing processes.
  • Use core team systems including Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations like HIPAA.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians.
  • Experience in a remote health tech environment is a plus.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with regulatory and payer requirements for PT licensing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience working 1:1 with clinicians is advantageous.
  • Limited knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Ability to escalate issues to senior analysts as needed.
