Requirements

• Admission to a bar as an attorney (or relevant experience for contract managers).
• At least three years of experience in technology transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of common contract provisions and risks.
• Ability to work with people in different time zones.
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
