Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Fenix24, you will manage assessment engagements, ensuring effective use of resources and time while facilitating communication between clients and assessors.

• Manage assessment portfolio including status and resource identification.
• Develop project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate client interviews for subject matter experts.
• Coordinate technical information gathering from clients.
• Evaluate final materials for quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively across the organization.
• Maintain assessment asset library and governance process.
• Support pre-sales activities as needed.
• Provide weekly progress reports to clients.
• Adapt schedules based on project changes.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of administrative support experience.
• Understanding of contractual requirements and documentation.
• Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Visual Basic in Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all company levels.
