Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Legal Counsel will contribute to Montu’s growth with a focus on commercial contracting and advertising in support of wholesale, procurement, and partnerships across Australia and international markets.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Respond to legal questions from stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice in Australia with 4-6+ years PQE.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Ability to identify and analyze opportunities and risks.
• Comfortable in cross-functional teams.
• High capability in legal advisory and risk management.
