Overview

We are currently seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with our top Tech clients on a remote or onsite basis.

In Short

• Working with and advising corporate clients on a variety of technology transactions.
• Handling complex technology transactions autonomously.
• Maintaining relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of technology transaction experience required.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts.
• Active bar membership in good standing required.
• Experience in-house for a technology company preferred.
• Competitive compensation starting at $140,000.

• Work remotely with some on-site requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts.
• Strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence.
