• Join the growing legal team at Flock as a transactional attorney.
• Negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS and procurement agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Identify and address potential legal and business risks in contracts.
• Prepare commercial agreements with a focus on customer needs.
• Review contract terms for compliance with company policies.
• Provide counsel to sales, marketing, and product divisions.
• 5+ years of legal experience required, with a focus on commercial agreements.
• Experience with cloud-based software tools is a plus.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one US State.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience, with prior in-house counsel experience.
• Experience negotiating technology-related commercial contracts.
• Comfortable working with Slack, Salesforce, and Docusign.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first company.
• Good sense of humor is a plus.
