Overview

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney our quickly expanding practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in Northern California, ideally working remotely in San Francisco or Sacramento.

In Short

Handle personal injury accident cases including trial prep and depositions
Represent plaintiff clients in Sacramento and San Francisco
Support from a dedicated team of paralegals and legal assistants
Fully remote position with some travel expected

Requirements

Law degree (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California Bar Association
3+ years of PI litigation experience
Excellent client service and communication skills
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
