Complex Litigation Attorney - Minnesota - Remote

Overview

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an attorney that is barred and resides anywhere in Minnesota to assist with E-Discovery / Document Review on mass tort and class action cases.

In Short

• Perform substantive document review on document review platforms.
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege.
• Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association.
• Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred.
