• Draft pleadings and discovery documents
• Argue motion and opposition hearings
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare pre-trial documents
• Participate actively in trials
• Strategically litigate cases
• Draft mediation briefs and negotiate settlements
• Communicate regularly with clients
• Assist in managing litigation assistants
• Attend regular professional development trainings

Requirements

• JD and admission to the California bar
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Highly motivated to learn and grow
• Well organized
• Resourceful and persistent
• Civil litigation or personal injury experience is a plus
