Overview

The Contact Center Representative I is responsible for scheduling new patients for affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Answer and schedule inbound calls from prospective patients.
  • Make outbound calls to educate leads on treatment options.
  • Register and schedule new patients, sending them necessary materials.
  • Provide timely customer service and maintain operations.
  • Optimize marketing strategies through creative thinking.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Work in a telecommute environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer support experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office ethics.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects as required.
