Overview

The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits, providing excellent customer service, and meeting call center metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Outgoing personality and clear communication

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Access to necessary technology for remote work
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability for on-camera meetings as needed
