Overview

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.

  • Engage in active listening and problem-solving with customers.
  • Utilize software and tools to assist in customer interactions.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a target-driven call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills with clear diction.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Must have a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
