Bilingual Call Center Representative - Remote

Overview

This role is instrumental in helping to identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses, endangering the lives of young children. The ideal candidate will be proficient working in a high-volume inbound call center/administrative environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Remote office environment setup with high-speed internet.
