The Bilingual Call Center Representative will be responsible for direct communications with members, providers, and health plans, ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Member Services experience in Healthcare

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of health plan terminology preferred
