Part-Time Bilingual Call Center Representative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Call Center Representative for a medical service provider. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and able to assist customers and providers with inquiries and troubleshooting.

In Short

• Part-Time position, Monday-Wednesday, 15-20 hours per week.
• Paid training Monday-Friday 9am-2pm.
• Pay rate of $18.20/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers.
• Temp to perm role based on performance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately.
• Work from home with internet speed of at least 20MBPS.
• Must be able to commute to Chicago when needed.
• Equipment provided by the company.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in call center or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Comfortable being on camera during work shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
