In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards.
  • Handle routine customer calls and direct to technical/service areas when necessary.

  • Work remotely with flexible part-time hours on weekends.
  • Complete mandatory training for 5 to 6 weeks on weekends.
  • Use computer systems for data entry and customer issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other representatives for complex issues.
  • Build knowledge of policies and procedures for limited clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • No relevant experience required.
  • Ability to follow established procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply job skills.
  • Ability to work under close supervision.
  • Must be available for weekend shifts.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications.
