Overview

The Dealer Account Manager assists our Dealer Channel with all HPOS sales and lead related matters for the Heartland Commerce products. This position works with dealers on all POS sales related questions as well as educate them on product benefits, sales materials and ordering procedures.

In Short

  • Assist Dealer Channel with HPOS sales and lead matters.
  • Educate dealers on product benefits and ordering procedures.
  • Direct leads to Dealers and enhance overall sales.
  • Handle inquiries about HPOS leads effectively.
  • Drive and grow daily new sales with various staged Dealers.
  • Work closely with Dealers to influence sales growth.
  • Responsible for new recurring revenue sales increase.
  • Communicate with Dealers and provide timely support.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing opportunities.
  • Document and maintain records in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Two plus years in inside sales, preferably POS related.
  • Strong organizational and professional follow-up habits.
  • Problem-solving and lead generation skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is helpful.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
